About The Opportunity
Are you energized by the vibrant chaos of a bustling kitchen, or do you prefer the elegance of fine dining with the freshest produce Melbourne has to offer Everyday there's something new and different happening in our kitchens.
Your proactive attitude and eagerness to learn will be key assets in this role. You will be responsible for assisting the senior team in guiding a skilled group of chefs as they prepare and execute innovative, evolving menus.
You will also have the chance to work alongside guest chefs and play a vital role in some of the best bespoke events in Melbourne.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
- Sound culinary knowledge
- A creative and innovative mindset.
- A desire to further develop your skills.
- Experience working in hatted, or Michelin starred venues for our fine dining outlets
- The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Full working rights in Australia
