Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Mykhana in Bengaluru. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in the designated food area of the kitchen. They will also supervise and train junior staff, maintain food quality standards, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Previous experience in a similar role or culinary environment is a plus
