Roles and responsibilities:-
- Person should know how to make chips, wafers, Murucus, banana wafers etc
- Person should have know how of usage of ingredients at the right stage
- He should have previously worked with brands like haldirams, om sweets, bikanervala, etc
- Know how of banana state to be used for instance how much ripe banana shall be chosen for making chips
- He should be able to handle team
Location:- Bangalore
Salary:- 50k (Negotiable)
Fixed working hours, OT provided, PF/Esi will be there, weekly off also provided
