Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes, supervising and training junior chefs, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Qualifications
- Experience in culinary arts and food preparation
- Knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
