About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team at Izakaya. The ideal candidate will have experience in Japanese cuisine, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality food preparation. As a CDP, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food hygiene, and consistently produce exceptional dishes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in Japanese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication and time-management skills.
