Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Continental Chef at Mannheim Craft Brewery located in Bengaluru. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Continental dishes, as well as managing the kitchen, supervising staff, and ensuring high quality and efficiency in food production. You will also collaborate with the brewery team to create innovative food and beverage pairings and contribute to menu planning and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role, with a strong focus on Continental cuisine
• Excellent knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to create and execute menus that are innovative, visually appealing, and flavorful
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee the kitchen and kitchen staff
• Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Passion for craft beverages and a willingness to collaborate with the brewery team to create unique food and beverage pairings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
