The Chatbot Developwe will play a crucial role in evaluating the technical aspects of the Chatbot system, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a strategic roadmap for enhancement. The candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and business users to ensure the Chatbot aligns with the client's goals and delivers an optimal user experience. Experience with Generative AI systems and LLM is must

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform an in-depth technical review of the existing Chatbot system and its documentation.
• Organize and lead analytical workshops with stakeholders to understand the Chatbot's current performance and feature set.
• Work with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and business users to identify and prioritize system enhancements.
• Analyze the Chatbot's integration with generative AI platforms, including OpenAI and LUIS, and other pertinent technologies.
• Conduct code reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and refactoring.
• Develop a detailed roadmap with prioritized recommendations for system improvements.
• Present technical findings and strategic plans to stakeholders.
