Job Overview
We are looking for a Chatbot Designer/Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing chatbot solutions for our clients across various industries. This is a mid-level position and requires 4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot design and development.
Qualifications And Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot design and development
- Proficiency in chatbot development frameworks and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, IBM Watson)
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with AI and NLP technologies
- Knowledge of messaging channel integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger)
- Ability to understand and interpret client requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design and develop chatbot solutions for clients across industries
