Job Description:Chatbot Business Analyst & Product Owner
Position Overview: As a Chatbot Business Analyst & Product Owner, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements to identify opportunities for chatbot applications, developing roadmaps for implementation, and ensuring the successful delivery of chatbot projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other business units to align chatbot solutions with strategic goals and user needs. Your role will encompass both analytical and product ownership responsibilities, with a particular focus on agile methodologies and the Kore platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Analyze and identify chatbot use cases and opportunities for automation and user engagement.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Roadmap Development:
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for chatbot projects, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Product Ownership:
- Act as the product owner for chatbot solutions, managing the product backlog and ensuring clear communication of requirements to development teams.
- Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Agile Methodology:
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage and execute chatbot projects, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Presentation and Communication:
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, providing updates on project status, roadmaps, and key findings.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Platform Knowledge:
- Leverage your knowledge of the Kore platform to design and implement chatbot solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technology and platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on chatbot solutions and product ownership.
- Platform Expertise: Experience with the Kore platform is preferred; familiarity with other chatbot platforms is a plus.
- Agile Methodology: Proven experience working within agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Timings: Should be flexible to work in US/UK hours
