We are looking for a Chat/Voice Support Executive to join our team. As a Chat/Voice Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers through chat and voice channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.

  • Responding to customer queries and complaints through chat and voice channels
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate department

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-9 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
