We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments or personnel when necessary.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Identify and suggest potential improvements to processes to enhance customer experience.
Achieve and maintain productivity targets and performance metrics.- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall service delivery.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably through live chat.
Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.- Proficiency with customer support software and CRM systems.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
