What You'll Do

• Provide timely and accurate customer support through live chat.
• Resolve customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure a professional and positive tone in all interactions.
• Log customer interactions to continuously improve our support.
• Be ready to work evening and night shifts to serve our US-based clients.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations at once.
• A problem-solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts.
• Prior experience in customer service or chat support (preferred but not required).
• Team player who is proactive and eager to learn.
• Must be willing to work in an onsite role based in Jaipur.

This position is onsite and based in Jaipur.
