Chat Cum HR support
Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for success in this role
first point of contact for online customers seeking assistance, and will be responsible for maintaining a positive brand image.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills when interacting with customers
Fielding customer feedback from website inquiries and social media
Respond to customer inquiries regarding online orders, comments, orders, product queries or problems
Manage customer interactions and document relevant information.
Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries with apt answers, additional information
Collaborate with other team members to find solutions and improve the overall support process as per the defined procedure
Escalating customer feedback to the appropriate departments
Reports to the supervisor for order-related works
HR
Take care of attendance
Getting approval from the concerned person for leave and filing the leave forms
Calling employees who are absent for the day and updating the concerned dept
Taking care of the payroll
Distributing salary slips
Keeping salary confidential
Check employee issues and address to the authority
Handle other HR-related tasks
Assisting HR manager
Reporting to the CEO for all HR works
