Description

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our team. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving customer issues via chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via chat
• Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest process changes

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of chat interactions
• Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language
