We are seeking a Chat Support Representative with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information about products and services

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in using chat and email support software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
