Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass
Responsibilities
- Provide email and chat support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective resolution of customer issues
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in written communication in English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
