### Key Responsibilities:
- **GST, TDS, and IT Returns:** Coordinate with consultants for timely compliance.
- **IRDA Compliances and Returns:** Ensure adherence to regulations.
- **Financial Management:** Oversee pay-in, pay-out reconciliation and cash flow management.
- **MIS and Business Analysis:** Conduct monthly in-depth analysis.
- **Salary and Expenses Control:** Collaborate with HR for effective management.
- **Investor Relations:** Prepare and present reports to investors.
- **ROC Compliances:** Work with the Company Secretary to meet regulatory requirements.
