Job Description:
Affinity Global Services Pvt Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Charter Accountant to join our finance team in Kolkata. As a Charter Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting principles.
Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
Taxation:
- Handle all aspects of taxation, including income tax and other relevant taxes.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational needs.
- Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualified.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Annual CTC:
8 - 12 Lakhs / PA
Eligibility Criteria:
- Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with 3 years+ of relevant experience.
