Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience as a Chartered Accountant.
- Expert knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in GST, TDS, and Audits is a must
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax returns in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage and coordinate audits with external auditors, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and potential areas of risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to junior accounting professionals.
