Job Description
- Record all cash, bank, office expense, tax, debit note, credit note etc. related entries.
- Record all provision entries at the month end. (Electricity, Salary, Depreciation, interest on secured and unsecured loan, rent etc.)
- Daily CFO report (sundry debtors, sundry creditors, advance given, cash, bank, sales, purchases, production, rejection, suspense, balances of intercompany accounts)
- GST, TDS, TCS computation and return filing
- Advance Income tax planning and payment
- Statutory audit co-ordination
- Working Knowledge Of Letter Of Credit.
- Maintaining separate files for the following:
- Companys incorporation documents
- Legal documents for land, rent agreement, pollution certificate, factory license, SIPB, Udyog Aadhar registration certificate, legal entity identifier (LEI), credit rating etc.
- FAR and depreciation
- New Construction File
- Corporate taxation, ITR
- Audited financials
- Import Material
- Day to day transaction like
- Purchases with GRN and E way Bill (Including CN & DN)
- Expenses
- Cash payments
- Bank payments
- Sales with E way Bill
- CN & DN with Sales Scheme
- Monthly filings:
- GST
- TDS & TCS
- PF ESI
- Electricity
- Interest Subsidy
- GST subsidy
- Bank statement including Loan Statement
- Income Tax Assessment file
- GST Assessment file
- Physical Stock vs Books Stock
- Provide following monthly report to the management by 4th of every month & Filing:
- Financials (PL and BS)
- Stock sheet including variances with physical
- Working capital report
- Intercompany balance of the unit
