Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for handling various functions of Finance department i.e. Fund management, investments, banking, finance, direct and indirect taxation, budgeting, costing, balance sheet, monitoring, ERP knowledge, internal controls and MIS. The applicant must have at least 8 years of experience, out of which 1-2 years must have been as a Manager in Finance. The individual should be self motivated, creative, self-sufficient and savvy high performers in the area of all aspects of Finance for an Auto Ancillary Industry.
II. Essential Job Functions
Finance - Should have experience to implement and maintain proper Finance system and controlling.
Costing System - Should have experience to implement and maintain proper product costing system and implement & maintain various cost control measures and systems.
Budgeting - Should have experience to make budget for all expenses and compare with the actual, analyze and report the variances.
MIS Report - Should have experience to put in a place an effective management information system and to devise various MIS reports related to costing, accounts, finance, internal controls etc. and present timely reports to the management.
Cost Reduction - Should have experience in continuous cost reduction & be aware of part cost & tooling cost estimation. Costing and Calculating the Return on the Investment (ROI).
Miscellaneous - Others duties as assigned.
