Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 members in conducting statutory and tax audits.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for various clients.
- Understand client needs and provide expert guidance on compliance and financial performance.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 2 year of relevant post articleship experience
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting ERP software (other than tally)
- IND AS knowledge preferred
