Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, providing strategic financial advice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing the financial performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Taxation: Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filing. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and adherence to tax laws.
- Audit: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Advisory: Provide financial advice and support to management on business decisions, investments, and risk management.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Chartered Accountant certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
- Experience: Minimum of 5- 10 years of experience (as a CA) in accounting, finance, or a related field. Experience in the Chemical Industry is an added advantage
