Chartered Accountant - Loss Adjuster

McLarens is a Multinational National Insurance Surveyor and Loss Adjusting/ Assessing Company, having offices in more than 70 Countries. McLarens India has its own 15 branches across the country. We do survey and loss Assessment of Insurance Claim especially Commercial Claims like losses to Stocks of Manufacturing Units, Traders, Retailers/showrooms, Warehouses, Plant & Machinery, Buildings, etc. caused by Fire, Floods, Cyclone, Earthquake, Burglary/Theft, etc. We also handle various financial fraud and fidelity losses of Banks, Financial Institutions, Industries. etc. We are independent body and get appointment from Insurance Companies or Insured.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant - Loss Adjuster at McLarens India in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing and assessing claims, analyzing financial data, preparing loss reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Loss Adjuster will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to facilitate the claims process effectively.

Qualifications

• Working experience with someCharteredaccountantor CA Firm or small / medium manufacturing units, handling Finance Audit/analysis or preparing P&L and Balance Sheet, GST Returns of Traders, Small and medium manufacturing units
• Knowledge of preparing & analysis of balance sheet, P&L Account,GST Register, GST Input Credit and GST reversal, etc.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in loss reports
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Relevant certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience in the insurance or claims industry is a plus
