Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements as per Schedule III, Companies Act, 2013

2. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

3. Gather and analyze financial data by collaborate with other departments for preparation of monthly MIS and budget for the management.

4. Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, including executives, investors, and auditors.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.

6. Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations.

7. Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.

8. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements. Proposed workings for advance tax, income tax provisions, GST, Analyze and interpret various tax provisions to accurately implement the changes for the business.

9. Coordinate with external tax advisors to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities

10. Streamlined processes that reduce non-value-add activity

Budget : Up to 9.5 - 10 LPA

Skills Required:-

Preparation of Financials Statement

Sound accounting knowledge

Good knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes

Innovative

Good Communication

Preferable experience in an E-commerce background

Experience CA with 1 year post-qualification experience.
