Job Description:
As a CA Intern at Attero Recycling Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance and accounting functions of the company during a period of rapid growth and expansion. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of financial management while contributing to the success of our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, and preparing reports to aid in decision-making.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing, to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
4. Tax Compliance: Aid in tax planning and compliance activities, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and maximizing tax efficiency.
5. Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate the audit process, including the preparation of audit schedules, documentation, and responses to audit inquiries.
6. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
7. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and procedures, and propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing support to cross-functional teams and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
