Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 years of experience including atleast 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Real Estate Accounting: Handle real estate-specific financial tasks, including property valuations, lease accounting, and project cost management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax laws specific to the real estate industry.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Audit & Control: Manage internal audits and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience and 1 year in the real estate industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices and regulations.
- Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
