Key Responsibilities:

1. Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely preparation of financial statements for the AIF.
• Oversee the daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting processes, including NAV calculations, portfolio valuations, and fund performance reporting.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for investors, regulators, and management

Tax Planning & Compliance:

Manage tax-related matters for the fund, including income tax, GST, and any applicable international taxes.

Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations affecting the AIF.

Assist in structuring investments in a tax-efficient manner.

Investor Relations & Reporting:

• Prepare and distribute periodic reports to investors, including capital account statements, investment summaries, and tax-related documents.
• Assist in managing investor queries related to fund performance, returns, or financial documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, ideally within an AIF, private equity, venture capital, or asset management firm.

Excellent understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and fund operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, investors, and regulators.
