About Us: Fuji Silvertech Concrete Pvt Ltd. was incorporated in 2016 as a joint venture between Silvertech, India and a consortium of five major Japanese companies including FUJI Concrete. Currently two plants are in operation, Bogadara in Gujarat & Aurangabad in Maharashtra with total capacity of 5,50,000 tonnes per annum with an upcoming plant in Jewar -Greater Noida.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to management.

Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting, Reporting and compliances

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and month end close as per the finance calendar of multiple legal entities, in compliance with the applicable accounting standards and other regulation's
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure complete control over business operations activity, tax, accounting, regulatory guidelines, regulatory audit.
• Responsible for closing monthly/quarterly/yearly financials, preparation of financial statements and managing the audit with statutory / Internal auditors. Responsible for Direct & Indirect Tax compliances and management including tax, audit, etc.
• Responsible for all Direct and Indirect Tax assessment, timely response to the government authority.
• Oversee and ensure all the company and tax compliances are adhered to Internal control for all accounting process -Revenue, expenses, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Cash/Bank, Yearend reports

Budgeting: Take active participation in annual budgeting process with various stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of business budgets for the business units. Prepare Annual Budgets, Projections etc. and compare with actuals Financial MIS for Investors with financial metrics.

Costing: Identifying areas where costs can be managed well, and margins can be increased in the topline.

Funds Management: To have an oversight and be closely involved with respect to planning and managing the cash flows of the business. To supervise overdue receivables and take required steps to collect those. Manage working capital and Inventory cycle and ensure relevant KPI's are achieved.

MIS Reporting: MIS, Budgets preparation and revision and monitoring of budgets on Monthly and quarterly basis. Financial Statements Analysis with variance analysis in Power Point Presentation and in Ratios.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office suite and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have experience in Manufacturing company.
