Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Najafgarh, New Delhi office. As a Chartered Accountant at DotMik Software Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial health, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our operations in the financial and banking domains, driving efficient and compliant financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports.

Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for business strategy and growth.

2. Auditing & Taxation:

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Manage direct and indirect tax filings, assessments, and planning to optimize tax efficiency.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, corporate laws, and statutory requirements.

Liaise with regulatory authorities, banks, and auditors as required.

4. Strategic Financial Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, especially in the banking and financial sectors.

Create budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making.

5. Banking Operations Support:

Oversee banking transactions, including reconciliation, AEPS settlements, UPI payouts, and payment gateway operations.

Ensure smooth financial processes in collaboration with banking partners and financial institutions.

6. Decision-making Support:

Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

Monitor cash flow, manage risks, and ensure efficient financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA (mandatory).

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven expertise in Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Taxation.

Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Strategic Financial Planning.

In-depth understanding of Regulatory Compliance and industry best practices.

Familiarity with banking operations, including payment gateways, AEPS, and UPI processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
