Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Managing day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Performing audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Preparing tax returns and providing guidance on tax planning strategies.
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Providing financial analysis and guidance to management to aid in decision-making.
- Managing a team of accounting professionals and providing mentorship and training as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- 3-8 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and performing audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
