1-Meet regularly with assigned territory customers. 2-Increasing revenue by setting and meeting sales targets. 3-Finding Ways to Improve Sales Operations Efficiency 4-Double work with DSR in market. 5-Monitor DSR daily productivity, DSR training at regular intervals, DSR recruitment. 6-Observe competitor strategies in assigned territories. Qualifications and job skills- 14 years of experience in Distributor Management and team management. 2-Skills in effective communication. 3-Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities 4-A Master's degree or a diploma in business administration or a related field. Preferred- - Experience in FMCG or a related field. - Team Management and Distributor Management Experience
