Job Title : Channel Sales/Offline Sales Manager(University Admissions-Higher Education)
Marketing, Outreach, Admissions and Channel partner development and Onboarding- for Central and South region India.
Requirements:
- Handled partners/agents for University/college admissions.
- Signing up potential agents across regions in India ( South & west)
- Previous experience in University/college admissions preferred
- Able to Identify and onboard potential sources of admissions for college degree / online college degree
- Developing and implementing outreach and admission plans in the region with school connect, college connect programs, channel partners development and other specific activities.
- Leading the marketing, outreach, channel partners management and admissions for the universities Pan India.
- Strong experience in institutional tie-ups with schools and colleges primarily and should also have experience in franchise development. Candidates will also develop franchises in their region.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Fostering strong relationships with franchisees, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration among the franchise networks.
- Developing strong relationships with placement officers, principals, and HODs of institutions and universities to general leads and relationships building.
- Conducting seminars, on-campus training sessions, and education processing to generate the lead funnel.
- Liaise with central team for marketing and ops support
- Reporting to VP-Sales

- Min 4-5 years work experience
Education qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing/Sales or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
- 4-5 years of proven experience in institutional tie-ups with schools and colleges primarily and should also have experience in franchise development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Knowledge of franchise regulations, disclosure requirements, and legal considerations.
- Ability to travel 15-20 days month to visit franchise locations.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in business software and tools.
