Roles & Responsibilities

Should have an exceptional broker network, and be able to demonstrate his relationships in the interview stage.

Responsible for creating the broker network in the territory

Responsible for supporting, motivating, influencing Brokers to deliver good client leads

Should have a clear understanding of the Real Estate industry and new ideas to succeed

Along with the Manager, establish goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.

Deliver on goals committed.

Good networking with corporate channel partners

Required Candidate profile:

Candidates with experience in Real Estate in Broker Market segment

Impeccable profile with high professionalism.

Relevant experience in Real Estate industry

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Should have his own transport - car or Bike.
