Job Title: Channel Sales Manager - Real Estate (Hyderabad Market)
Reports to: Regional Sales Head
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our real estate business in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and partners, and excel in building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals.
**Key Responsibilities:>
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
2. Build, manage, and nurture a network of real estate agents, brokers, and partners.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
5. Provide training and support to channel partners.
6. Negotiate and close deals.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets.
**Requirements:>
1. 3+ years of experience in channel sales, real estate, or related industry.
2. Strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and partners in Hyderabad.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
6. Knowledge of Hyderabad's real estate market
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 300,000.00 - 360,000.00 per year
