Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Manager for corporate business is responsible for developing, managing, and growing the sales channels that sell products and services to corporate clients. This role involves working closely with channel partners to achieve sales targets, enhancing partner relationships, and ensuring the success of sales programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to meet corporate sales objectives. Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach. Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Provide partners with training, resources, and support to help them achieve sales targets. Monitor partner performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results.
Sales Performance:
Set sales targets and KPIs for channel partners and monitor their performance. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Drive initiatives to increase sales and market share within the corporate segment.
Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the channel. Plan and execute joint marketing activities with partners to generate leads and drive sales.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management. Track and report on key metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue, and partner performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Support partners in managing relationships with key corporate clients. Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by partners in the sales process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the corporate business sector. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth through channel partners.
