Channel Partner Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's
- reach and market presence.
- Establish strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing necessary
- support, training, and resources to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, sales strategies,
- and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance,
- identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Sales Planning And Execution
- Develop comprehensive channel sales plans and strategies aligned with the company's overall sales objectives.
- Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration between direct sales and channel sales activities.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against key metrics, providing regular reports and updates to the management team.
- Analyses market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Relationship Management
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within channel partner organizations, including executives, sales teams, and support staff.
- Act as a primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align channel strategies and drive business growth.
