Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Head - Insurance to lead a high-performing team of insurance managers and top partners across the country. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise and proven leadership in managing both Life and Health Insurance portfolios. They will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the insurance distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of insurance managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the management of top partners in the country, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets across both Life and Health Insurance.
- Drive new business acquisition by leveraging a strong network of partners and managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
- Track market trends and competitive landscape to develop strategies that enhance the companys market share.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including B2B partners, to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on Life and Health Insurance.
- Proven track record in sales management, particularly within a B2B fintech distribution context.
- Experience in handling a large partner network, with expertise in managing top-performing partners.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and implement aggressive sales tactics to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both Life and Health Insurance.
- Experience in the fintech or distribution sectors is highly desirable.
