Job Overview:
As an Outbound Channel Partner Specialist, you will drive our company's growth through strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and manage channel partners globally to increase product adoption and market reach. You will collaborate closely with our sales,marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential channel partners, including resellers, system integrators,
consultants, and other relevant entities.
Conduct outreach to potential partners, articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products,
and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Provide comprehensive training and on boarding sessions to channel partners, enabling them to effectively sell and support our SaaS solutions.
Educate partners on our product features, benefits, target customer profiles, and competitive
differentiators.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive loyalty, engagement, and
collaboration.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely support.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales strategies that align with
business objectives and maximize revenue opportunities.
Set clear performance targets and metrics for partners, and track their progress regularly to
ensure achievement of sales goals.
Gather feedback from channel partners about market trends, customer needs, and competitive
intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Prepare regular reports and analysis on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue
contributions to support data-driven decision-making.
