- Maintain and support existing Channel programs for Partners, MSSPs, GSIs and Distributors
- Run assigned Channel Program projects on a Global level.
- You will be a key partner on behalf of the Channel organization for business process improvement supporting the Channel programs/operations efforts.
- Team with IT teams on designing and implementing SFDC changes to support the Channel Program and Operations objectives.
- Identify, improve and build key business processes for the company that will support internal partners
- Engage with the following organizations: Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales
- Work with the Channel team stakeholders to define critical metrics for the Partner, MSSP, GSI and Distributor programs.
- Build reporting via SFDC or other reporting/visibility tools to allow for visible, actionable and predictive views on the key metrics for the company s Partner, MSSP, GSI and Distributor programs, and the performance of the company s personnel that support those channels.
- Own the quarterly program & rebate letters and ensure readiness for Partners each quarter.
- Lead and run administration and payout for channel programs and promotions.

Qualified Candidates will have
- 8+ years in Software Channel Marketing, Sales or Operation roles (combined preferred)
- Bachelor s degree or higher, preferably in Business or Marketing
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting in Salesforce
- Proven Channel Programs experience with a software vendor or IT distributor, with a working knowledge of the two-tier Channel Business Model.
- Experience in the software channel space, preferably related to Security
