Silkhaus is a Dubai-headquartered end-to-end technology platform that powers short-term rentals (STRs) for guests, real estate owners, and operators. We have an all-star founding team and leading investors (Nordstar Ventures, Nuwa Capital, Global Founders Capital, VentureSouq, Yuj Ventures, and several high impact family offices and entrepreneurs), with experience in hyper-scaling proptechs and emerging markets technology businesses. In addition to running the largest portfolio of short-term rentals across the emerging markets, we are building the global technology stack for STRs operators and real estate owners to run cutting edge short-term rental businesses.

What Is The Role
Our vision is to become the leading provider of short-term rental technology solutions in the emerging markets, and as the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for converting incoming leads into realised revenue, negotiating and contracting, liaison and handover of bookings to operations teams, CRM management, handling inbound inquiries, and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
What You Will Bring To The Table
- Account Management: You will manage the relationships with our existing corporate clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and continue strengthening the relationship with them
- CRM management: You will be responsible for managing our CRM system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and that all client interactions are accurately recorded.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management to track progress towards revenue targets.
Requirements
