Job Description

  • Partner Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Support Alliances Managers in identifying and onboarding new channel partners to expand the companys market reach.
  • Work with channel partners to generate pipeline according to company goals in order to achieve bookings targets.
  • Co-selling and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners sales opportunities, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute joint business plans.
  • Drive sales activities through channel partners to achieve bookings targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Training and Enablement:
  • Provide training and support to channel partners on the companys products, services, and sales processes.
  • Equip partners with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell and promote the companys solutions.
  • Market Analysis and Feedback:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Gather feedback from channel partners and customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance and progress towards goals.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the enterprise SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS market and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
