We are seeking a Change Manager to lead Implementation related change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving successful change initiatives, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of organizational change management principles. As a Change Management Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Change Management Strategy:
o Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
o Assess the impact of change initiatives on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole.
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Stakeholder Management:
o Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support and ownership.
o Establish effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
o Address concerns and resistance through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Change Communication:
o Develop and deliver clear and concise communication plans.
o Create tailored communication messages for different audiences.
o Utilize various communication channels, including email, presentations, workshops, and town hall meetings.
Training and Development:
o Design and deliver effective training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
o Provide ongoing support and coaching to help employees adapt to change.
Resistance Management:
o Identify and address potential resistance factors.
o Develop strategies to mitigate resistance and encourage adoption.
Measurement and Evaluation:
o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
o Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
o Evaluate the impact of change initiatives on business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a complex organization.
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management tools.
