We are looking to expand our Change Management team with experienced Change Manager having proven knowledge of cloud and IT environment.
You will
Be responsible for analyzing and approving the changes raised in IT and cloud network.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Understanding customer need, demand, and desired results.
- To control the lifecycle of all changes and to ensure all beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption of IT services.
- Tables all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, issues an agenda and circulates all requests for changes to Change Advisory Board members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration.
- Decides which CAB members will come to which meetings, who get specific RFCs depending on the nature of the RFC.
- Convenes urgent CAB or ECAB meetings for all urgent RFCs Chairs all CAB and ECAB meetings Authorizes acceptable changes, either alone or after a CAB or ECAB has taken place.
- Issues change schedules, liaises with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules.
- Reviews all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives.
- To plan and coordinate the resources to deploy a major release within the predicted cost, time, and quality estimates.
- To plan, schedule and control the movement of releases to test and live environment. To ensure correct components are released.
- To ensure that deployed releases and the resulting services meet customer expectations.
- Produces management reports for all the Change Management KPIs.
Key Qualifications:
Total experience: 4+ Years
Relevant experience: 3 years minimum
Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited university
