Job Description

FactSet, a global leader in integrated financial information and analytical applications, is seeking a skilled IT Service Management Change Coordinator for our Hyderabad office. The Change Coordinator will be instrumental in overseeing and managing our IT change management process to ensure seamless implementation of changes that support our mission of delivering exceptional insights to financial professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage changes specific to FactSet's platforms and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with FactSet's engineering teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to assess and evaluate the implications of proposed changes, prioritizing based on risk, urgency, and business impact.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination among teams for the flawless execution of changes, addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Continuously monitor the lifecycle of changes, maintaining meticulous records and providing periodic updates to senior management about progress and outcomes.
  • Analyze change management processes for potential areas of improvement, fostering innovation and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions and workshops for IT personnel and other stakeholders to promote a deep understanding of FactSet-specific change management procedures and tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally within a financial technology company, emphasizing change management.
  • Certification in ITIL, with a strong grasp of its application in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of leading and implementing successful IT change initiatives.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across multiple departments and geographic regions within FactSet.
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools and familiarity with FactSets product suite is highly preferred.
