As the CFO of our company in Purasaivakkam, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial actions of the organization, including analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring the company's financial stability. Your strategic leadership skills will be pivotal in driving the company's financial operations and contributing to its overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing financial and tax strategies
- Monitoring cash flow and financial planning
- Analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses
- Assessing and managing financial risks
- Enhancing and implementing financial controls and systems
- Conducting financial analysis and forecasting
- Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Preparing reliable and accurate financial reports
- Providing financial leadership and guidance
- Driving budgeting and forecasting processes
- Overseeing accounting and finance teams
- Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
- Identifying and addressing financial opportunities and threats
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations
- Assisting in company fundraising efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or relevant role
- Thorough understanding of business principles and practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated strategic planning and vision in a business setting
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field (MBA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
- Experience with fundraising and investor relations
- Proven track record of financial management and execution
- Ability to manage teams and work effectively with executive leadership
- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
