CEO to be based at East Africa

You may come from any Process industry background like Mineral processing, Chemical, Fertiliser etc.

To lead and manage the Company Operations, setting the strategic direction and ensuring the company achieves its goals.

Qualification : Technical BE/BTech with Management degree preferred.

Experience : Min 25 years of experience with relevant Top Management level 4-5 years is required.

Responsibilities include :

1. Strategic Leadership: Defining and executing the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategy. Identify Growth Opportunity, Oversees innovation, and Makes critical decisions that shape the organization's future.

2. Company Culture and Values: Establishing and maintaining the corporate culture, values, and ethical standards, ensuring that employees at all levels align with the company's goals and principles.

3. Management of the Executive Team: Hiring, managing, and mentoring key executives like the CFO, COO, and other senior leaders. To ensure the team works cohesively and efficiently to drive the company's success.

4. Financial Oversight: Overseeing the company's financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.

5. Stakeholder Relations: Acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors, employees, and external stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, customers, and regulators.

6. Decision-Making and Problem Solving: Making high-level decisions on corporate strategy, resource allocation, and risk management.

7. Innovation and Adaptation: Ensuring the company adapts to changes in the market, industry, or economy.
