Role : CEO - Fund Accounting

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of financial statements, NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and investor reports.

Lead end-to-end fund accounting and financial reporting for assigned private equity funds, ensuring precision, adherence to regulatory standards, and timely delivery

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as investment professionals, legal counsel, and external service providers, to ensure seamless fund operations.

Formulate and execute strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives.

Engage in the fund valuation process and contribute to the preparation of performance reports for stakeholders.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements following GAAP/IFRS standards.

Monitor fund expenses, oversee fee calculations, and ensure compliance with fund documents and agreements.

Requirements:

Preferred qualifications include a CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA from a reputable institute.

Over 20 years of progressive experience specifically in fund accounting
