Experience : Minimum 5+ years of executive leadership experience in the Bio- Diesel Industry
- He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, Including acquisition of land at strategic location, Raw material, Business Development, Plant Operations, Regulatory Compliance & Financial Management
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the bio- diesel industry & Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective delivery of Bio diesel products. Salary : 60 -62 lakhs
Qualification : Degree in Engineering, Bio diesel management, or a related field
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall business strategy to achieve organizational goals and objectives i.e Produce a healthy bottom line and a Return on capital.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective delivery of Bio diesel products.
Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and establish strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
