We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our centre in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the centre, managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage and motivate staff, ensuring they are well-trained and productive
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring the centre is profitable
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective business strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience in managing customer service operations
